Terms and Conditions

These are the terms on which Masters Professional Academy provides coaching, live masterclasses and downloadable study material through cmamasters.com. Please read them before you enrol or buy.

About us

Masters Professional Academy (MPA) is a CMA coaching institute in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, operating cmamasters.com. By using this website, enrolling in a course, or buying study material from us, you accept these terms.

What we provide

  • Coaching for CMA Foundation and CMA Intermediate (Group I and Group II) of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI), in offline classroom, live online and recorded modes.
  • Live masterclasses on single papers, conducted online on scheduled dates.
  • Downloadable study material — solved illustration books and similar PDFs, delivered electronically.

We are a coaching institute, not the examining body

Please read this carefully. Masters Professional Academy is a private coaching institute. We are not affiliated to, endorsed by, or an agent of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI).

Your registration with ICMAI, your examination form, your examination fees and your results are entirely between you and ICMAI. We help and guide you through those steps, but we do not control them. Fees you pay to us are for coaching and study material only, and are separate from any fee payable to ICMAI.

We do not and cannot guarantee that you will pass an examination or obtain any particular mark or rank. Results depend on your own preparation and on ICMAI’s evaluation.

Enrolment

  • Admission is confirmed only when the applicable fee has been received and we have acknowledged it.
  • You are responsible for giving us correct contact details. Class links, test papers and notices are sent to the mobile number and email address you provide.
  • Batch timings, faculty and the class calendar may be changed where necessary. We will tell you in advance through WhatsApp or email.
  • A seat in a classroom batch is personal to the enrolled student and cannot be transferred to another person.

Study material and copyright

All study material, question papers, answer keys, recorded classes, videos and PDFs supplied by us are the intellectual property of Masters Professional Academy and are licensed to the enrolled student for that student’s personal study only.

You may not copy, print for others, upload, forward, resell, share on any group or platform, or make our material available to any person who has not paid for it. Doing so is a breach of these terms and of copyright law, and we may cancel your enrolment or access without refund and take further action.

Online classes and recordings

  • Login details for live online classes are personal. Sharing them may result in access being withdrawn.
  • Recordings, where offered, remain available for the period stated on the course page for that batch.
  • A live online class needs a working internet connection at your end. We are not responsible for a class missed because of your device or connection, though recordings usually cover this.

Conduct

We expect students to attend regularly, to be respectful to faculty and to other students, and not to disrupt classes. We may ask a student to leave a batch for serious or repeated misconduct.

Prices and payment

  • All prices on this website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Prices shown for downloadable study material include GST where applicable.
  • Payments are taken through a secure third-party payment gateway. We do not see or store your card, UPI or net banking credentials.
  • We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to you is the one shown at the time you pay.

How fees are collected, and when a refund is possible, are set out in our Fees, Refund and Cancellation Policy. How purchases reach you is set out in our Delivery Policy.

Use of this website

  • You may use this website for your own information and for buying our courses and material.
  • You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, interfere with its working, or copy its content for a competing service.
  • The MPA name, logo and page designs belong to us.

Limitation of liability

We take care to keep our teaching material accurate and up to date with the ICMAI syllabus. Even so, syllabus, fees and examination rules are set by ICMAI and can change. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any course or purchase is limited to the amount you actually paid us for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including any loss arising from an examination result.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your enrolment or purchase is the one that applies to it.
