Fees, Refund and Cancellation Policy
How Masters Professional Academy collects fees, what a fee covers, and when a payment can be cancelled or refunded. This applies to coaching fees, live masterclasses and downloadable study material bought through cmamasters.com.
How fees are collected
- All fees are quoted and collected in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Online payments are taken through a secure third-party payment gateway. We do not see or store your card, UPI or net banking credentials.
- Fees may also be paid in person at our Peelamedu campus during working hours, against a receipt.
- A receipt or payment confirmation is issued for every payment. Keep it — you will need the payment reference for any query.
- Prices shown for downloadable study material include GST where applicable.

What a coaching fee covers
- Classroom or live online teaching for the level and group you enrolled in, for the batch you joined.
- MPA study material, test papers and internal assessments for that level.
- It does not cover ICMAI registration fees, ICMAI examination fees, or any other amount payable directly to the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. Those are separate and are paid by you to ICMAI.
Pay Once, Learn Till You Pass
A student who enrols in an offline classroom batch may continue attending classes for that level until the examination is cleared, without paying the coaching fee again. This applies to offline classroom batches only, is personal to the enrolled student, and does not create any right to a refund.
Cancellation and refunds

| Downloadable study material (PDF books and solutions) | Because the file is delivered immediately and cannot be returned, a completed download is not refundable. A free sample of the book is available on the product page — please read it before buying. If the download fails or the file is faulty, tell us and we will resend it or refund you in full. |
| Live masterclass | Cancel before the first session of the batch for a full refund, less any payment gateway charge. After the first session has been conducted, the fee is not refundable, because access, recordings and material are released at that point. |
| Classroom or live online course fee | Cancel within 7 days of payment and before attending more than three classes for a refund of the fee paid, less an administrative charge and the cost of any study material already issued. After that point the fee is not refundable. |
| Payment failed, or you were charged twice | Refunded in full. Tell us the payment reference and we will process it. |
| A batch is cancelled by us | If we cancel a batch and cannot offer you a suitable alternative, you get a full refund. |
How to ask for a refund
Write to admin@cmamasters.com or message 97876 53702 with:
- your name and mobile number,
- the payment reference or order number,
- the date and amount paid, and
- the reason for the request.
We acknowledge every request. If a refund is due, it is sent back to the same method you paid with — we cannot refund to a different card, account or UPI ID.
How long a refund takes
Approved refunds are initiated within 3 working days of approval. After that, the money usually reaches your account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Payment gateway charges, where they are not returned to us, may be deducted.
Chargebacks
If something has gone wrong, please contact us first — we will almost always sort it out faster than a bank dispute. Raising a chargeback without contacting us may result in access to classes and material being suspended while the dispute is investigated.

If any part of this policy is unclear, ask us before you pay. We would rather explain it first than argue about it later.
