Best Student of the Year

Every year we choose the students who set the standard at MPA — the ones whose ranks and first-attempt passes say the same thing. They receive the Best Student of the Year award and a cash prize, handed over in person by the principal.

The award is the same every year. The cash prize is fixed fresh each year. Below, year by year, are the students who have won it.

The award

What a winner actually gets

Who it goes to

The students whose results stood out most that year — ranks at CMA Foundation and CMA Intermediate, and groups cleared in the first attempt. Not attendance, not effort. Results.

What they receive

The Best Student of the Year award and a cash prize, handed over by the principal at the academy. The award stays the same every year; the cash prize is fixed year by year.

Why we do it

A CMA qualification costs money long before it earns any. The prize is meant to back the student’s next step — not to sit in a frame.

MPA alumni · CMAs and rank holders

Pride of Masters

They sat in our classrooms for CMA Foundation and CMA Intermediate. Some went on to clear the CMA Final with their own discipline and effort and now work as Cost and Management Accountants. Others have cleared both groups of the CMA Intermediate, many with a Coimbatore district rank. Every one of them started exactly where you are now.

Our part, and theirs

Everyone on this page began in a classroom like yours

Where it started

A seat at MPA

CMA Foundation and CMA Intermediate at Masters Professional Academy — taught concept-first in Tamil and English, with a test batch and individually corrected answer sheets.

What they did

Ranks, then the CMA Final

Our rank holders cleared both groups of the CMA Intermediate and earned district ranks. Our CMAs went further: they cleared the CMA Final with their own discipline, completed their practical training and walked into their first jobs as Cost and Management Accountants.

Why we share it

The next CMA is in class today

A student who sees how someone else did it starts to believe it can be done. That belief is where each of these stories began.

3 Success Meets · June and December 2025 sessions

In December 2025 our students took District First Rank in both CMA Intermediate groups — Kaviya T in Group I and Bhadra V in Group II — with eight more district ranks. From the June 2025 session, many of our alumni went on to clear the CMA Final with their own effort and can now write CMA before their names.

Up on the big screen, with their parents beside them

For the December 2025 session results, we filled an auditorium with families. Our toppers saw their photo and score light up the big screen, every achiever went home with a trophy carrying their own photo, and many brought their parents up on stage to be honoured with a shawl — because no student clears CMA alone.

Medals, trophies and three new letters: CMA

For the June 2025 session results, our CMA Intermediate qualifiers — and alumni who had gone on to clear the CMA Final with their own effort — came back to the academy with their families to be honoured. Those alumni can now write CMA before their names. One by one they were called up for their medals, trophies and shawls, a few took home the CMA Rising Star Award, and together they made the whole academy proud.

More than examinations

Success Meets, every term

Success Meets have been held for every result term since 2021 — 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 and the Champions Meet in 2026.

Industrial visits

Visits to industry and study trips, including Ooty and a one-day visit to the golden places in and around Coimbatore.

Parents meetings

Regular parents meetings so families can see attendance, test performance and what is coming next.

Farewell and reunion

A farewell for every outgoing batch, and an MPA reunion that brings qualified CMAs back to meet the students behind them.

Best Student of the Week

A weekly recognition inside the batch, so consistency gets noticed long before the results arrive.

In the press

MPA students have been interviewed by Malai Malar, and the academy’s results have been carried in the local press.

Come and see for yourself

Group II achievers — December 2025

Papers 9 to 12. Bhadra V took the Coimbatore district first rank and Gokul Arthi K the second. ICMAI lets a student attempt either group first, in whichever order suits them. These students took Group II in this session. The ones marked in gold went on to clear Group I in June 2026 — only then was the CMA Intermediate complete — and have since registered for the CMA Final examination.
